Juicebox Web is an interactive contact map viewer app for .hic files that runs in a web browser. It is based on the Juicebox desktop application, and developed by the same team.

• For Developers: Juicebox Web is a client-only application written in JavaScript and CSS, and wraps the juicebox.js embeddable viewer. The source code can be found on GitHub: juicebox.js repo; Juicebox Web repo.
