IGV.js trackclick Event Example

In this example we show how to use the trackclick event to customize the contents of the gene track pop-over. To do this, we subscribe to the trackclick event and return custom pop-over HTML to override the default appearance.

Try it out:

1. Click on any feature on the gene track.
2. Notice that the pop-over text has been customized to include a link.
