Indexed VCF - explicit depth track update

This example illustrates user-controlled updates of a depth of coverage track computed from the "DP" field of a VCF track.

• To compute or update the coverage track for the region in view set the bin size in bp (integer) anc click the Update button.
• Only the region in view is calculated.
