Non-indexed VCF - explicit depth track update

This example illustrates user-controlled updates of a depth of coverage track computed from the "DP" field of an associated VCF track.

• Note: The VCF track is not indexed, and takes ~10 seconds or longer to load.
• To compute or update the depth track for the region in view set the bin size in bp (integer) and click the Update button.
• The entire genome (only chr22 in this example) is calculated.
